Vendor Onboarding Resources.
USA Family of Companies
Reducing risk and supporting successful outcomes across all phases of construction projects – in construction and real estate.
Our USA Family of Companies gives you deep expertise in each service, rather than a generalist approach. USA Construction Consultants (USACC), USA Construction Funds Management (USACFM), and USA Property Condition Consultants (USAPCC) all have dedicated people, experience, and processes for the work they provide. USA Construction Risk Solutions (USACRS) helps coordinate the family, making it easier for lenders to access what they need for each project.
Which USA company should you onboard?
We recommend onboarding USA Construction Risk Solutions (USACRS) if you expect to use services across more than one USA company. This gives you the flexibility to work across the USA family of companies while we manage the admin between them. You’ll still receive invoices from the company providing each service, but you can make one payment to USACRS and we’ll handle the rest.
If all the services you need are provided by one USA company, you can onboard that company directly.
For example: If you use Funds Control (USACFM) and also need services from USA Construction Consultants (USACC), onboarding USACRS means you can work across both without setting up another USA vendor later. If all the services you need are provided by USA Property Condition Consultants (USAPCC), you can simply onboard USAPCC directly. Your internal vendor processes may also influence which option works best for you.

Why do I need the Funds Control service?
The Funds Control service represents a proactive measure that can help lenders identify budget problems as they occur, or even before, and allow for early course correction.
It’s a best practice that includes the necessary steps to manage the pay application and disbursement process of a construction project.
Is Funds Control fit for my project?
Yes! While not all projects have the same needs, we never underestimate sound accounting and business practices.
Funds Control will elevate any project, but the process is pivotal for Small Business Association (SBA) loans, alleviating bonding requirements within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and furnishing additional assurances to project stakeholders.
How can I get the Funds Control service?
We offer Funds Control as a standalone service or as a part of Completion Commitment+, which represents our highest level of service when it comes to managing the inherent risks of a construction project.
Where are you located?
USA Construction Funds Management offers services nationwide.

What's the difference between a PCA and a home inspection?
Property Condition Assessments are designed for commercial properties and investment decisions, focusing on major building systems, capital needs, and long-term maintenance requirements. Home inspections are typically for residential purchases and focus on immediate safety and functionality issues.
How long does a property assessment take?
Timeline depends on building size and assessment type. Most assessments can be completed within a few days to a week, with reports delivered within 5-7 business days after the site visit.
What's the difference between a PCA and a CNA?
A Property Condition Assessment focuses on current building conditions and immediate repair needs. A Capital Needs Assessment looks forward 10-20 years to predict major system replacements and capital requirements.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes, we provide property condition services across the United States. Our team has experience with all types of commercial properties in various markets and climates.
What does a property assessment cost?
Costs vary based on property size, assessment type, and complexity. We provide transparent pricing upfront so you can factor assessment costs into your project budget.
Who typically orders property assessments?
Property assessments are commonly ordered by prospective buyers, lenders, property owners, investors, property managers, and anyone involved in commercial real estate transactions who needs to understand building conditions.
What happens if you find serious problems?
We report what we find honestly and clearly. If we identify serious issues, we'll explain what they mean, potential costs to address them, and any immediate safety concerns. This information helps you make informed decisions about how to proceed.
How detailed are your reports?
Our reports are designed to be comprehensive yet understandable. We include photographs, clear explanations of findings, cost estimates where appropriate, and recommendations for addressing any issues we identify.
