4,212 Reports, 39 States, 3.14-Day Turnaround – And One Great Cause
We can’t help but smile looking back at what our team accomplished last year. At USA Construction Risk Solutions, 2025 was one for the books. Our dedicated crew delivered 4,212 reports to clients, working on projects across 39 states from coast to coast – truly living up to our nationwide footprint. From big cities to small towns, wherever our clients needed us, our team was there, hard hats on and ready to help. We’re feeling proud, thankful, and a little bit amazed by these milestones, and we know we couldn’t have done it without our fantastic team and supportive clients.
By the numbers, 2025 was our best year yet. We handled more projects than ever, and maintained an average turnaround time of just 3.14 days for our draw inspection reports (measured from request receipt to report delivery). In an industry where delays can slow down entire projects, we understand how critical speed and accuracy are. A turnaround of about three days means our clients get the information they need fast, helping construction loans stay on schedule and keep moving forward. We’re pretty proud that even as our workload grew, we kept our service quick and reliable – proving that you can scale up without slowing down. (For a little context: last year we delivered 4,130 reports, so hitting 4,212 in 2025 shows just how much our hard-working team continues to raise the bar!)
Beyond the impressive stats and spreadsheets, what makes us happiest is how we achieved this together. Our “one team” ethos shone through every project. Whether it was a routine draw inspection or a complex multi-site review, our consultants brought their A-game every time. Communication stayed clear, reports stayed straightforward, and we even managed to keep a sense of humor on those long travel days between job sites. The result? Happy clients, successful projects, and a team that’s more cohesive than ever. We’ve heard from some clients that our personal touch and consistent quality are what set us apart – feedback that means the world to us.
One highlight we’re especially excited about is how our growth enabled us to give back in a bigger way. All year long, for every single report our team wrote, we set aside $1 to donate to charity. It’s part of our company value we call “MoreThanMe,” which reminds us that business should be about more than just us – it should make a positive impact on others. At the end of 2025, those dollars added up to $4,212, and we are proudly donating every cent to CURE Childhood Cancer. If you’re not familiar, CURE Childhood Cancer is a nonprofit organization “dedicated to conquering childhood cancer through funding targeted research while supporting patients and families”. Knowing that our hard work will help children and families fighting cancer makes this achievement feel extra special. It’s a cause close to our hearts, and we’re honored to support it. As our team likes to say, it’s a small way to give back, inspired by the incredible work of our people and the support of our clients. This year, working hard meant we could do good, too – and that’s worth celebrating.
Starting 2026, we’re feeling grateful. Grateful to our team members who put in the miles and the hours to make these numbers happen. Grateful to our clients for trusting us with their projects across 39 states. And grateful that we could turn a “brag” year into something more meaningful by supporting a great cause. We’ve built something pretty special here at USA Construction Risk Solutions – a community of professionals who care about quality work and caring for others. Here’s to an outstanding 2025 and an even brighter 2026 on the horizon!
“This year has been truly special – not just because of the impressive numbers, but because of the heart behind them,” said Ryan Jones, CEO of USA Construction Risk Solutions. “I’m incredibly proud of our team’s hard work and how we came together to give back. Hitting record performance is great, but helping in the fight to cure childhood cancer makes it even better. We can’t wait to keep that spirit going in 2026.”
